What we do...
Transition House serves homeless families with children, who are both capable and motivated to participate in a mandatory planning program leading to permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
We offer a safe, drug and alcohol free, family oriented environment where clients may stay for 30-120 days. The length of stay is dependent upon adherence to house rules and to a personal plan to obtain income and housing.
