Getting Started at ICC

Welcome to Transition House’s Infant Care Center!

We are excited about your interest in our program! At Transition House Mom’s Infant Care Center, we believe that strong relationships are the foundation for learning. Our highly qualified and loving team of caregivers are committed to providing an enriching quality care environment where children are safe to explore and learn through play.

Our center can serve up to 24 infants between the ages of 6 weeks to 24 months. We serve children living in our homeless shelter and babies from the community.

Upon completion of your application, and submission of your application fee, you will be contacted by the Director confirming your placement on our waitlist. Please be aware that submitting a Waitlist Application does not guarantee that a space will be available for your desired start date. This process is simply how we know a family has interest in enrolling their child into our program and helps us to keep track of a family’s priority when an opening occurs. We highly recommend families check in with the Center Director every month to express continued interest in enrollment.
